Maintenance Support:
No change to library setup. We will need two (2) 6' tables in the back, in front of door/windows for drinks and food with white tablecloths. and 1 6' table for signing in at the front of the library. Also need large garbage, recycle and compost containers. Also, 8 small yellow cloth napkins for laying out food.
Need parking blocked off for guests.
Kitchen will need help transporting food and drinks to and from the Library. Need maintenance support with cleaning prior to event; transport of linens, flowers and supplies before and after event.

Fruit platter
coffee and tea and straberry-mint lemonade
assorted sandwiches and vegan snacks
mini desserts including cheesecakes and chocolate dipped strawberries.
