Upper School Service Day Catering Needs:
Tues. 5/17-Afternoon Treat for groups as they return from their trips between 2pm-3pm.
Maintenance: Deliver Popcorn Machine to Campus Center Monday 5/16. 2 six-foot tables set out for popcorn station on the left hand corner when you enter.
Kitchen: Providing lemonade & water station + popcorn/bags, and cookies.
There are 24 homerooms ranging in size from 8-10 students + 25 adults.
Total = approx. 275 people (depending on portions/serving)
Therefore, prepare 24 Homeroom boxes with popcorn bags & cookies (amounts will be labeled on boxes).
Jacqui & Kitchen will begin popping popcorn 1pm & prepare homeroom treat boxes with popcorn & cookies. Boxes are provided by Beth.
(*Do not need debrief break-time snacks for the US.)
